Our Box + Control class combines pilates and boxing: two workouts that compliment each other in more ways than we realize. Pilates is a movement system that focuses on your powerhouse (abs, back, hips), your breath, and your mind/body connection. Boxing is a sport that is built upon these three elements.
This trainer-led format consists of:
- 10 minute warm up;
- Four 10 minute alternating rounds of pilates and boxing; and
- 5 minute pilates cool down;
This workout is designed to help make that mind/body connection stronger in order to find the ultimate boxer’s flow, which means being fully in control of your movements.
