Similar to kickboxing, Thai Kickboxing focuses on kicking, elbows, and knees in high intensity drills and Muay Thai striking techniques. This trainer-led format consists of:
- 7 minute warm up;
- 8-rounds (3 minutes each) of thai kickboxing; and
- 7 minutes of abs and core
This workout is designed to be a high intensity, full body workout while learning new movements through the use of Muay Thai striking.
