Kickboxing + is a dynamic, trainer-led class designed to challenge every muscle group and elevate your fitness. This 60-minute session combines kickboxingboxing, strength training, and core work, ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more energized.
- 7-minute warmup of calisthenics, dynamic stretching, and shadow boxing
- 8 rounds of kickboxing (3 minutes each) with 1-minute active rests in between, focusing on bodyweight movements while keeping your heart rate high
- 7 minutes of core work—fire your core like never before; think planks, power movements, and deep core stabilizing movements; it’s fast, fun, and just the right amount of challenging—your strong core will thank you
- 14 minutes of strength training with a daily-changing protocol that uses anything from dumbbells, to kettlebells, resistance bands, or bodyweight
