Level: Intermediate This class is all about that calorie burn. The class includes elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), performance training, and strength building. The pace is vibrant, and the intensity level is high. It is a great way to confuse your muscles if you have only been boxing for a short while, and it is a certified sweat inducer.
Level: All fitness levels and abilities. Developed in the field by US Navy Seals, TRX is a workout system that uses gravity and body weight to perform exercises designed to strengthen your core and increase muscular endurance, while providing a total body workout. This class is an excellent way to build strength, mobility, and coordination in a supervised, controlled fashion. The class length is 45-minutes, and it is ideal for all fitness levels.
Level: Intermediate Our Box + Bells class combines the high-intensity cardio of boxing with the full-body strength of using kettlebells. This trainer-led format consists of: 7-minute warmup; 4-rounds (3-minutes each) of boxing; and 30-minutes of kettlebell strength training. During the kettlebell portion of class, you will perform full-body strength moves that keep your heart rate up. All moves are demonstrated and guided by the instructor to ensure you have proper form. This class is challenging, and we recommend you start with one of our classes designed for all fitness levels and abilities.
Level: All fitness levels and abilities. Our Box + Flow class combines two amazing workouts that have been around for centuries; boxing and yoga. This trainer-led format includes: 7-minute warmup; 6-rounds (3-minutes each) of boxing; 1-minute of active recovery after each boxing round; and 30-minutes of Yoga Flow. This workout is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
Level: All fitness levels and abilities. This trainer-led format includes: 7-minute warmup of calisthenics, dynamic stretching, and shadowboxing; 8-rounds (3-minutes each) of kickboxing; and 7-minutes of abs and core. This class is a condensed version of Kickboxing 60, but still a highly-effective workout. This is 45-minutes of your day you will NOT regret!
Level: All Fitness Levels and Abilities Kickboxing + is a dynamic, trainer-led class designed to challenge every muscle group and elevate your fitness. This 60-minute session combines kickboxingboxing, strength training, and core work, ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more energized. 7-minute warmup of calisthenics, dynamic stretching, and shadow boxing 8 rounds of kickboxing (3 minutes each) with 1-minute active rests in between, focusing on bodyweight movements while keeping your heart rate high 7 minutes of core work—fire your core like never before; think planks, power movements, and deep core stabilizing movements; it’s fast, fun, and…
