Similar to kickboxing, Thai Kickboxing focuses on kicking, elbows, and knees in high intensity drills and Muay Thai striking techniques. This trainer-led format consists of:

  • 7 minute warm up;
  • 8-rounds (3 minutes each) of thai kickboxing; and
  • 7 minutes of abs and core

This workout is designed to be a high intensity, full body workout while learning new movements through the use of Muay Thai striking.

Our Box + Flow class combines two amazing workouts that have been around for centuries; boxing and yoga. This trainer-led format includes:

  • 7-minute warmup;
  • 6-rounds (3-minutes each) of boxing;
  • 1-minute of active recovery after each boxing round; and
  • 30-minutes of Yoga Flow.

This workout is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.

Level:  Intermediate

Our Box + Bells class combines the high-intensity cardio of boxing with the full-body strength of using kettlebells. This trainer-led format consists of:

  • 7-minute warmup;
  • 4-rounds (3-minutes each) of boxing; and
  • 30-minutes of kettlebell strength training.

During the kettlebell portion of class, you will perform full-body strength moves that keep your heart rate up. All moves are demonstrated and guided by the instructor to ensure you have proper form. This class is challenging, and we recommend you start with one of our classes designed for all fitness levels and abilities.

Developed in the field by US Navy Seals, TRX is a workout system that uses gravity and body weight to perform exercises designed to strengthen your core and increase muscular endurance, while providing a total body workout. This class is an excellent way to build strength, mobility, and coordination in a supervised, controlled fashion. The class length is 45minutes, and it is ideal for all fitness levels.

Level:  Intermediate

This class is all about that calorie burn. The class includes elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), performance training, and strength building. The pace is vibrant, and the intensity level is high. It is a great way to confuse your muscles if you have only been boxing for a short while, and it is a certified sweat inducer. This class is challenging and, if you are new to fitness, we recommend starting with one of our traditional boxing/kickboxing classes.

Our Box + Control class combines pilates and boxing: two workouts that compliment each other in more ways than we realize. Pilates is a movement system that focuses on your powerhouse (abs, back, hips), your breath, and your mind/body connection. Boxing is a sport that is built upon these three elements.

This trainer-led format consists of:

  • 10 minute warm up;
  • Four 10 minute alternating rounds of pilates and boxing; and
  • 5 minute pilates cool down;

This workout is designed to help make that mind/body connection stronger in order to find the ultimate boxer’s flow, which means being fully in control of your movements.
