Box + Flow

Our Box + Flow class combines two amazing workouts that have been around for centuries; boxing and yoga. This trainer-led format includes:

7-minute warmup;
6-rounds (3-minutes each) of boxing;
1-minute of active recovery after each boxing round; and
30-minutes of Yoga Flow.

This workout is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
