Boxing + is a dynamic, trainer-led class designed to challenge every muscle group and elevate your fitness. This 60-minute session combines boxing, strength training, and core work, ensuring a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more energized.

  • 7-minute warmup of calisthenics, dynamic stretching, and shadow boxing
  • 8 rounds of boxing (3 minutes each) with 1-minute active rests in between where you will focus on bodyweight movements while keeping your heart rate high
  • 7 minutes of core work
  • 14 minutes of strength training with a daily-changing protocol that uses anything from dumbbells, to kettlebells, resistance bands, or bodyweight
