This trainer-led format includes:
7-minute warmup of calisthenics, dynamic stretching, and shadowboxing;
8-rounds (3-minutes each) of kickboxing; and
7-minutes of abs and core.
This class is a condensed version of Kickboxing 60, but still a highly-effective workout. This is 45-minutes of your day you will NOT regret!
