Kickboxing 60
Level: All fitness levels and abilities.
This trainer-led format includes:
14-minute warmup of calisthenics, dynamic stretching, and shadowboxing;
8-rounds (3-minutes each) of kickboxing; and
14-minutes of abs and core.
The trainer will dictate the combinations thrown and the workouts to be done. All in, this is 60-minutes of sweat and fun!
